RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Magic Trend Shoes Chicago LLC
- Exchanges & Online Store Credit Requests
All requests for exchanges or online store credit must be initiated within fifteen (15) days of receiving the item by contacting us at admin@magictrendshoes.com.
To be eligible, requests must include:
- Original packaging (shoe box and materials)
- Proof of purchase
- A brief explanation of the reason for the request
Requests submitted after 15 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
- Return Conditions & Processing
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns or exchanges.
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the online store credit issued.
- No refunds are issued. We offer online store credit or exchanges only.
- Exchanges are available only for orders shipped within the United States.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, processing takes 4–6 business days. After approval, customers will receive either:
- An electronic gift card with online store credit redeemable exclusively on our website, or
- A confirmation email that the replacement item has been shipped
Online store credits never expire and may only be used on our website.
- Item Eligibility
Returned items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- Free from scratches, odors, stains, or any signs of wear
- Returned in their original packaging
Items that are damaged, worn, or do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or online store credit:
- Items purchased using discount or promotional codes
- Items purchased during promotional events (including Black Friday, Cyber Monday)
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Warranty Policy
All products include a 30-day limited warranty starting from the date the order is delivered.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only under normal use.
No other express or implied warranties apply.
- Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage or drops
- Improper use or handling
- Damage unrelated to manufacturing defects
- Damage caused by pets (including dogs or cats)
No other express or implied warranties apply, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magic Trend Shoes Chicago LLC’s liability is limited solely to the original purchase price of the product. Under no circumstances shall Magic Trend Shoes Chicago LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including property damage or personal injury.
- International & Unauthorized Returns
Unauthorized returns sent from outside the United States are not accepted and remain the responsibility of the customer.
- Online-Only Store Disclaimer
Magic Trend Shoes Chicago LLC operates exclusively as an online store and does not have any physical retail locations.
- Online Store Credit
All online store credits never expire and are issued in the form of an electronic gift card.
Once we receive and process your returned item, your online store credit will be emailed to you within 3–6 business days.
Online store credits are redeemable exclusively on our website and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed and shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, customers may request an exchange or receive online store credit in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
- Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or household members, as packages may be delivered to nearby addresses.
If the package cannot be located, contact us immediately at admin@magictrendshoes.com, and we will assist you in initiating a claim with the shipping carrier.
Please note:
- Shipping carriers require claims to be submitted within 20 days of the shipping date.
- Magic Trend Shoes Chicago LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
