Return and Exchange Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

  1. All requests for merchandise exchanges or store credit must be initiated by email or mail (admin@magictrendshoes.com) within fifteen (15) days of receiving the item. All exchange or store credit requests must include the original packaging (boxes or other materials), the purchase receipt, and a brief explanation of the reason for the exchange or store credit request. Send requests to:

  1. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returned or exchanged items. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns. No refunds will be issued. Exchanges are only available for items purchased within the United States. Once we receive and process your returned item, within 4–6 business days we will send you either: An electronic gift card with store credit, or A notification that your replacement item has been shipped. Store Credits never expire.
  2. All returned items must be in their original packaging and free from scratches, odors, or signs of wear. If an item is returned damaged, the request for an exchange or store credit will be declined. Items purchased with a discount code or during special sale events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Final Sale are not eligible for return or store credit.
  3. All items purchased come with a 30-day warranty from the date you receive your order. This warranty covers Magic Trend Shoes Chicago LLC manufacturing defects only. No other express or implied warranties apply.
  4. The warranty does not cover drops, accidents, or damage caused by pets (including dogs and cats).
  5. Any unauthorized returns from outside the United States are the responsibility of the customer.

STORE POLICY

  1. Store Credits: All store credits never expire. After we receive and process your returned items, you will receive your store credit as an electronic gift card via email within 3–6 business days
  2. Order Cancellations: New orders can only be canceled before they are processed and shipped. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. At that point, you may choose to exchange the item according to our store’s exchange policy or receive store credit for future purchases.
  3. Warranty: All items from Magic Trend Shoes Chicago LLC come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects and for normal use. No other express or implied warranties apply, including, but not limited to, suitability for purposes other than the reasonable intended use of the product. In the event of a claim, your sole remedy is limited to the original purchase price of the item. Under no circumstances will Magic Trend Shoes Chicago LLC be responsible for any other damage, including property damage or personal injuries.
  4. Lost Packages: If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with your neighbors, as it may have been received by mistake. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us immediately at admin@magictrendshoes.com, and we will assist you with your case.

Please note that the shipping carrier requires claims to be filed within 20 days of the shipping date. Magic Trend Shoes Chicago LLC is not responsible for lost packages.
